1. Acceptance of Terms
By visiting our stores, utilising our application dashboards (GoStack), procurement networks, or service benches, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you represent a business partner, these terms supplement any formal supply or service agreement negotiated with GoAlliance.
2. Retail and Warranty Parameters
Purchases made at GoGizmo are subject to individual brand manufacturer warranty guidelines. Accidental damage coverage or extended warranties provided by GoCare are active only upon successful registration and payment of policy premiums, subject to the terms of your specific certificate.
3. Repair Operations & Diagnoses
Devices diagnostics performed via our hardware scanner code (GoStack) output an estimate based on detected component health. While GoFix aims for a fast turnaround, complex mainboard issues or parts supply limitations may extend service timelines.
4. Circular Buyback and Refurbishment
Valuations issued by GoRenew buyback portals are contingent on honest user condition inputs. We reserve the right to audit the device's hardware health using diagnostics before final payments or trade-in store credits are approved.
