Congruence Holdings operates eight businesses spanning retail, device protection, repair, buyback, refurbishment, accessories, trade distribution and technology services. When you purchase, repair, or register a device inside our ecosystem, we collect necessary identification data, hardware identifiers (such as IMEI or serial numbers), and diagnostic health summaries.
All data is processed securely through GoStack, our group technology platform. GoStack acts as a unified customer database, ensuring that your device warranties, insurance claims, and buyback history are stored under a single, encrypted digital identity.
2. Device Erasure and Trade-in Security
For buyback and refurbishment services managed by GoRenew, we enforce a strict data-sanitization protocol. Every traded device undergoes a certified multi-pass wipe to destroy user storage before refurbishment or parts recovery occurs. We issue formal data-erasure certificates upon completion.
3. Third-party Sharing
We do not sell user data to marketing aggregators. We share necessary data within our operating subsidiaries (e.g., sharing a GoCare protection claim with GoFix technicians to fulfill a screen repair) and with authorized brand partners for warranty confirmations.
4. Your Rights
